RECIPES FOR LIFE
WITH THE SENIORS AT IMMIGRANT SERVICES GUELPH-WELLINGTON +

GUELPH, CANADA | 2016
Recipes for Life is a collaborative work created with the seniors group at Immigrant Services Guelph-Wellington which used cooking as a way of exploring how knowledge and ideas get passed on, shared and adapted. Beginning with long group story sharing sessions about life lessons and skills learned from family, the project quickly became centred around sharing food with each other each week. This evolved into learning sessions in the community kitchen and then a collaboratively produced hybrid story- and cookbook.
